All guests are required to register and present a valid identification card upon arrival at the Reception Desk located in the Main Lobby.

Cooking Policy
Cooking inside guest rooms is strictly prohibited. This is allowed only in private villas equipped with kitchen facilities.
Room Occupancy
Each accommodation type has a designated maximum occupancy. Additional guests will be charged accordingly at ₱1,200 per night, breakfast included.
Children aged 6 years and below stay free of charge.
Children aged 7 years and above are considered adults for occupancy purposes.
Pet Policy
Small-breed pets are allowed in Cottages, Villas, and Cabins only, with a maximum of two (2) pets per unit.
A ₱1,500 per pet per night maintenance fee applies.
Pets are not permitted inside bedrooms, restaurants, or pool areas, but are allowed in designated common areas and verandas.
Swimming Pool Regulations
Proper swimwear is required. Cotton shirts, denim, and jersey fabrics are strictly prohibited in the pool area. Kindly also sign the Pool Waiver attached to this voucher.
Security & Room Keys
Guests must ensure all doors and deadbolts are securely locked when leaving the room. Lost keys are subject to duplication and lock replacement charges.
Valuables & Belongings
The resort is not liable for the loss of valuables not deposited at the Reception. A safety deposit box is available at the Front Desk for secure storage.
Firearms & Weapons
Carrying firearms or deadly weapons within the resort is prohibited. Guests in possession must present valid registration and documentation upon check-in.
Clothing Drying Policy
Drying clothes in public areas is not allowed. Drying racks are provided in Standard and Family Rooms; clotheslines are available in Cottages, Villas, and Cabins.
Visitor Policy
All visitors must present a valid ID and complete the Visitor Monitoring Form at the Reception. In-house guests will be notified and must meet visitors in the lobby. Visiting hours end at 10:00 PM.
Damages & Liabilities
Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused by intentional, negligent, or reckless behavior. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
Gym Use
Guests must register at the Front Desk before using the gym. The resort will not be liable for accidents or injuries sustained by unregistered users.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
No-shows will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
Same-day cancellations are not permitted and will incur a charge equivalent to one (1) night’s stay per room.
Rebooking Policy
A one-time rebooking is allowed if requested at least 7 days before the original arrival date.
A rebooking fee of 20% of the total one-night room rate per room will apply.
Rebooking must be completed within 6 months from the original booking date.
Rebooking fees will be waived in cases of force majeure (e.g., typhoon, earthquake, or other natural disasters), subject to verification.
